CAN I GIVE MY BADGE TO SOMEONE ELSE IF I CAN’T MAKE IT BOTH DAYS?

Badge swapping is strictly prohibited at this year’s event due to our increased health & safety protocols. A daily temperature and ID check will be in place to ensure compliance.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, please contact [email protected] with your order confirmation number and the registration details of who you’d like to transfer your ticket to (first name, last name, email address, company, and title.).

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE ASCENT ANNUAL CONFERENCE?

Our Terms of Service can be found here. All registrants to Ascent Annual must agree to these terms to participate in our events.

DO I HAVE TO BE VACCINATED?  DO I HAVE TO BE COVID TESTED? 

Yes, you have to be vaccinated and yes, you have to either test yourself within 72 hours of attending. Everyone has to be temperature checked before entering, and won’t be able to enter with an elevated temperature.
