Andy is the CEO of Indiegogo, a platform for empowering people to unite around the innovative ideas that inspire them, and together make those ideas come to life. His career has spanned two decades in a variety of roles in tech - operator, investor (angel and VC), banker, consultant, and advisor. Prior to Indiegogo, Andy headed core product at Reddit where he stewarded Community Experiences. Before that, Andy was CEO of 500px, where he successfully led a turnaround of the startup until it was successfully acquired. Andy has also spent time at leading companies such as Netflix, Chegg, Goldman Sachs, and Accenture. Andy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a native Californian and is happily living the dream with his wife and two daughters.

Deirdre Bigley

Deirdre Bigley is a seasoned marketing communications executive whose 25 year career has focused on high-technology and financial services industries. As Chief Marketing Officer, Deirdre oversees the marketing for all Bloomberg businesses including Financial Products, Media and the Vertical Industries globally. This includes all market management, brand strategy, digital, content, events and the in-house creative agency. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2009, Bigley spent 13 years at IBM, served in increasingly more senior positions, managing a variety of marketing and sales initiatives and serving her final years as Vice President of World Wide Advertising and Interactive, and Vice President of Worldwide Brand. Bigley began her career on the agency side, having worked at Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide in New York and additional agencies in Boston, New Jersey and Dallas, eventually joining her client at IBM in 1996. Bigley was appointed to Shutterstock, Inc. Board of Directors in 2016. She was also appointed to the Wix.com Board of Directors in 2017. Deirdre serves on the Ad Council Board of Directors and the Makers Board of Directors. She has been honored with a number of awards throughout her career, including AWNY Top 50 Women in Advertising, the Gertrude Crain Award for Top Women in Business Marketing, B2B Magazine Top Marketer and Top Integrated Campaign and Working Mother Magazine's Top "Established Mom" Award.

Carl Tsukahara

Carl Tsukahara is Chief Marketing Officer at Optimizely and is responsible for all global marketing strategy and execution. A 25+ year veteran of Silicon Valley, Carl Tsukahara was most recently Chief Marketing Officer for Birst, a category leader in delivering enterprise business analytics to major global corporations. Prior to Birst, Carl was Executive Vice President of Marketing and Products for Evolv (NASDAQ:CSOD), a provider of predictive analytics/machine learning solutions, where he managed marketing, engineering and product management. At Evolv, Carl drove explosive market awareness and product innovation, leading to an acquisition of Evolv by Cornerstone On Demand. Previously, Carl was Global CMO for Monitise PLC (MONI:LSE), a leader in mobile payments and mobile banking, headquartered in London. He also has held executive management roles at other high growth entities as head of marketing for Oracle's database products and VP of marketing and products for Vitria Technology, which eventually led to a multi-billion dollar initial public offering. As a strategy and marketing consultant, Carl also worked with companies and product groups such as Workday, Microsoft, Riverbed Technology, Taleo, D&B, Hyperion, Symantec and VMware, working directly with the executive management of those organizations.

Alex Solomon

CTO & Co-Founder PagerDuty
Alex Solomon is the CTO and Co-Founder of PagerDuty. He is a passionate advocate for growing the community of PagerDuty practitioners by cultivating and sharing best practices that advance real-time operations. Alex started PagerDuty in 2009 as founding CEO. He led the company through the first several stages of growth, from inception, product-market fit, multiple rounds of fundraising, building out the core functions of the company, and expansion of the product vision. He has served as a member of the PagerDuty board of directors since 2010. Prior to PagerDuty, Alex was a software engineer at Amazon, where he built and maintained large-scale systems to help Amazon’s supply chain run efficiently and reliably. Alex graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.S. in Software Engineering.

Jager McConnell

Jager McConnell is the CEO of Crunchbase, the leading platform used by millions of entrepreneurs and investors looking to discover innovative companies and the people behind them. Jager joined Crunchbase as it became a venture-backed startup in enterprise data. Prior to joining Crunchbase, Jager spent 11 years at Salesforce in various roles across sales, marketing, and product development. In his last role at Salesforce, Jager was a VP of Product in the Sales Cloud where he oversaw the core sales force automation product line.

Jascha Kaykas-Wolff

As Chief Marketing Officer, Jascha Kaykas-Wolff leads Mozilla’s global marketing strategy and organization. Jascha believes in two key principles: Find opportunities where no one else is looking; And, never fail the same way twice. It’s a methodology centered around Agile marketing practices and marketing technology. Coupled with a B.A. in Psychology from Whittier College, it’s one that’s served him well professionally and personally. Prior to joining Mozilla, Jascha most recently served as CMO for BitTorrent, CMO for Mindjet, senior vice president of marketing and customer success at Involver and he previously headed Global Marketing for Webtrends. He also has experience at Microsoft and Yahoo! Jascha’s marketing specialties span B2C and B2B including product positioning, marketing strategy, marketing technology, demand creation, brand building, brand repositioning, organizational improvements, agile marketing, and sales enablement. Outside of work Jascha is a passionate volunteer and mentor with TheLastMile.org. He published Growing Up Fast with Kevin Fann in August 2014. He calls Marin County home with his wife Rebecca, 3 whip-smart children, 1 grey haired hamster, 2 frogs, 6 or 7 fish and one cat that wants to eat them all.
