Oluwatoyin Aralepo is a first class accounting graduate. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of the Institute of Information Management of Africa and an Alumni of the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF), with over 15 years’ wealth of experience across Banking, Telecoms and Fintech. Areas of expertise include finance strategy and business partnering, financial planning, analysis & reporting, audit and business assurance, financial controls and governance. She was the Head of Budget in UBA - responsible for over 400 business offices budget preparation and consolidation; Commercial Controller and Financial Controller at Airtel Nigeria where she managed portfolio of over 1bn dollar and supported cost initiatives that saved millions of dollars, and CFO of Cellulant Nigeria. She recently founded Africa Finance & Strategy Hub to support businesses especially SMEs have access to professional financial management skills, and tools that will assist them to understand, manage and scale their businesses. She wants to help businesses build financial structures to maximize their cash and profit. She is a very passionate and unassuming entrepreneurial role model to young women.

Roxi Wen

As Mozilla’s Chief Financial Officer, Roxi leads the teams in charge of building the growth engine for the company through healthy finances, diverse revenues, data-driven business decisions, carbon-neutral business practices, and fueling innovation inside Mozilla and within a large network of entrepreneurs. Roxi drives the implementation of Mozilla’s strategic roadmap, enabling the business to scale and to identify and capture revenue growth and new investment opportunities. She is responsible for directing capital allocation, delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing analytics and performance results, as well as day-to-day management of the finance & business operations teams and their core functions. Prior to Mozilla, Roxi was Chief Financial Officer at Elo Touch Solutions. She held senior-level positions at General Electric, Medtronic, and Royal Bank of Canada and successfully led many private and public financing and M&A transactions. Roxi is a CFA charterholder, earned a Bachelor of Economics from Xiamen University, China, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Adam Tesan

With 20 year’s experience in the technology industry Adam has a unique understanding of driving high growth in SaaS and Digital Marketing businesses globally in both the Public and Private sectors. Adam currently manages Chargebee’s Revenue Organization which includes Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships. Prior to joining Chargebee Adam was running Sales & Marketing for Empyr to transform the digital advertising Online-to-Offline (O2O) space. Previously Adam worked as VP Global Sales & Marketing at Everyone Counts, a SaaS platform for election administration and VP of Sales at Active Network, a global marketplace and insights platform for activities and events helping them grow from $30M to $500M and IPO.

David Appel

David leads Sage Intacct’s strategy and execution in engaging with and supporting the business of the world’s top SaaS, Subscription, and Software companies.  He has held similar roles at NetSuite, Bill.com, and IBM.

Shivang Patel

Shivang is the Director of Solutions Engineering at FloQast and has been with the company for over 5 years. He began his accounting career as an Auditor at Armanino, and from there moved to Rokus Wireless as an Accounting Manager where his focus was facilitating the global month-end close.

Peter Nesbitt is VP of Finance at Teampay. Prior to joining the company, he held several leadership positions at Unified and Bitly where he managed financial strategy and execution as well as accounting activities.

Michael Sindicich

Michael Sindicich is the GM of TripActions Liquid. Prior to his transition into leading the TripActions Liquid product, Michael was the VP of Enterprise Sales for TripActions. He has been with the company for five years, joining as an early employee and the company's first Sales hire.

  • We want to create the highest quality finance conversation possible. To do that, attendees are limited to finance professionals (preferably) in the SaaS or tech space. If that’s you, please read on.
  • Once you submit the registration form, we do a quick check to ensure that you fit the audience profile.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email once approved, usually within 48 hours ( we have a lot of sift through but will respond to you either way).
  • After that we’ll follow up with your unique login to attend the actual virtual event.
