Karine has worked and lived in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, India, and Australia. She previously built wellness initiatives with Kaiser Permanente, Global Corporate Challenge and TRX training, and consulted with Fortune 500 companies to design impactful wellness offers that increased productivity. As an expert on corporate wellness, Nicole was also invited to offer her insight on Fast Company’s Productivity Confidential podcast. She has an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and an undergraduate degree in Journalism from Boston University. Nicole lives with her husband in San Francisco.

Jiun is Quartet Health’s first Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), leading a comprehensive DEI strategy across the organization and helping Quartet better connect diverse patients with the best mental health care for them. Jiun was the first Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Samsung Next, where she created inclusive strategies to increase diversity within Next and across the ventures ecosystem, and previously led DEI programs at Squarespace. She has over a decade of experience building DEI strategy within education, philanthropy, tech, and ventures, and began her career as an educator in Harlem. Jiun holds a B.S. in Economics from Wesleyan University and a M.A. in Education from Hunter College through her experience with Teach For America.

In this role Matt leads all Talent engagement across M13's portfolio, and sits on the board of several HRTech companies including Northstar and Interviewing.io. Matt was previously the Head of People at cloud infrastructure startup DigitalOcean, where he was responsible for leadership in the practice areas of people operations, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee experience. In 4 years Matt helped scale the company from under 100 employees to over 500.   • We want to create the highest quality Human Capital conversation possible. To do that, attendees are limited to HR professionals (preferably) in the SaaS or tech space. If that’s you, please read on.
  • Once you submit the registration form, we do a quick check to ensure that you fit the audience profile.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email once approved, usually within 48 hours ( we have a lot of sift through but will respond to you either way).
  • After that we’ll follow up with your unique login to attend the actual virtual event.
