Jiun Kimm

Jiun is the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Samsung Next. In her role, she strengthens internal support and programs for underrepresented groups, and leads strategy and thought leadership to increase Next’s engagement with underrepresented founders, empowering a global tech ecosystem that is more diverse and inclusive. Prior to Next, Jiun created and led the first diversity investment strategy with the foundation at Two Sigma and was most recently the D&I Lead at Squarespace, where she designed the company’s first global employee resource group retreats. Jiun is a trained coach and social justice facilitator, and began her career as an educator in Harlem.
