Are you ready for the turbulent post-Covid world? After the Great Resignation, Quiet Quitting, the next phase is the Great Equalizer
Covid changed everything. The way we lived and worked changed overnight. The world was not prepared. Businesses stepped up to the challenge.Though jobs were lost and the economy became turbulent, everything was not lost.

The government stepped in and provided a stimulus. However, forced to work from home, many people started to re-think their lives, and wondered if they could do better.

So, we had the Great Resignation. People started quitting to take up better jobs and live more fulfilled lives. Or at least they thought that their lives would be better. This created the biggest challenge that employers have ever seen.

And now we hear of Quiet Quitting. People who dont feel valued at work just decide to slow down, to not go above and beyond. This creates more complications for businesses and employers. How can they navigate this new paradigm?

And are we all prepared for whats coming next? Will there be a World War? A Deep Recession? How will businesses respond?

Is the great Equalizer coming? Where the economy will pull back, businesses will cut jobs and things will return to pre-Covid times?

What are business leaders seeing?
How are they impacted by the Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting?
How are they preparing for the coming turbulent times?
Do they think that the Great Equalizer will bring things back to the pre-Covid era?
